Benchmark Appraisals, LLC is a full service real estate appraisal and consulting firm.  We serve the greater Baltimore Metropolitan area as well as the Upper Eastern Shore of MD.  (Anne Arundel, Baltimore City and County, Carroll, Harford, Howard, Frederick, Prince Georges and Caroline, Cecil, Kent, Queen Anne's and Talbot Counties.

Of the four appraisers at Benchmark, three hold MAI designations from the Appraisal Institute. We each with have over 20 years of experience, and varied backgrounds that allow for a healthy exchange of ideas.  We work together to achieve solutions to our client's particular real estate needs.

We specialize in land acquisition and development, and subdivision analysis.  We are familiar with a variety of special purpose properties, along with farms, agricultural preservation easements, and waterfront properties.  We also offer consulting and review services.
